At Sweat Republic, we flipped "HIIT" training on its head! We WANT you to slow down in order to get a little bit of rest in order for your muscles to be prepared to lift slightly heavier weights, so we can build muscle and finally achieve that toned look you have always wanted!

...When I am working out, the trainers will give me individualized tips and pointers. I cannot speak highly enough about the gym, as I look forward to attending classes almost every day after work. I feel stronger, cleaner, and more alert throughout the day. 10/10.
